Lord,Hear my Cry!

Where have you been Father?
As I struggled and cried
I begged, pleaded and asked
Yet it's as though you had died

Where have you been father?
When I was scared and alone
I'd fallen hard and faltered
And knew not what I'd done

Where are you I called?
You, who knows everything
Where are you I bawled?
I need to understand the pain

Fifteen years I've been gone
And seems you've not cared
That I sat in darkness alone
And nursed all my fears

My life began unraveling
I'd lost your love and grace
Touch me and relieve the sting
Of all the inflicted pain

I fall to my knees humbled
Father I seek your grace
Warmth bathes this soul
As you, reveal your face

My son I've not moved
Away from you at all
I reached over to you
And you built many walls

No longer should you weep
Or cry out for Me in pain
I forgave you long ago
Now you do the same.

Nothing hurts more than sitting next to the one you love - knowing it will never be.

As ye are forgiven, so should ye forgive thyself. He hears our cries, but ofttimes, we don't hear His replies. A very soul-touching write.

God loves you!

Sending you a warm hug,
EA

a very good write! It seems we are our worst enemies, and for what reason?  An inspiration to read...

A beautiful touching write.
He always hears our plea.
Heart hugs.

For it was not into my ear you whispered
But into my heart
It was not my lips you kissed
But my soul

Thank you..

Sometimes I have to stop and look at life from another perspective.. It feels good to finally be writing once again.
