walking the surreal

I think of you in twilight hues
of sapphire and tanzanite swirl
you’re the slow slip touch
of the setting sun
lingering in amber pools

Evening shimmers its misted kisses
welcoming your lunar come love
you bring to me
star shine dreams
from far flung galaxies above

Within your arms you glide me forth
upon cosmic floors to groove
we waltz our hearts
in slip stream flow
into this heavenly sphere of two

If I wander far enough, long enough, will I finally know . . .

*s* I'd respond to your poem but I'm still being swept away in a thought of love. Thanks
