Sometimes my hand is more. Sometimes the world stretches near to meet my caress. Turning as time in holy devotion. Sometimes my hand is the dawn. Palm to the night...while the day burns the back in a rise of expectations. And sometimes my hand is only this. With nothing held and nothing offered - Sometimes my hand is just a hand. |
