All these languages and I get the German Englisch city
Stuck here by the
Serving beer

When the wall went down
I had money to start a new life
In a bar in Hamburg
Serving some Englishman

Talks to me all the time
Keeping me away
German's are distance
He is light years

On one night
He never remembered nor knew
Why I am here
In a bar

I came close to him one night
Panicked him
He didn't have it
And I never wanted it

Course will finish sometime
He finished
In my mind
It was the only respect

I knew

Dave, another interesting snapshot...a stark black and white scene in time that somehow impresses itself so much more vividly than so many other moments.

Some are one off's'.

Some are a theme.

Some an idea.

Some an observation.

Moments are something for a Terry Pratchett novel.

Someone in a pub down from Gloucester Road said to me "you watch everything".

I suppose I did, but I always looked for what people didn't do, rather than what they did.
