we talked about the dark shapes how they fit into the dreamscape of our intimate suggestions positioning you there pretending to be a horizon and my hands were a camera you smiled at my eyes behind new toy boy with christmas lists and you were the the story store you said my skin was pretty when it was freshly painted and did I like the color of cocoa when it was slow spilled softly _____ Dark scribblenote; imagine me in a cigar store looking at those $80 stogies and some lady dumping her lattelava tripple scoop double droopsnotty starbuck belchinacup on my kingston tan kaiki slacks..then imagine the photographic opportunity to capture a facial expression with one finger extended to push the shutter button what has that got to do with the poem? nothing, just was thinking of it and needed a place tp put it |
