I am here among you, lost in silent and soft
remember of passing moments,
of traveling times yet to be before my eyes.

I am there, standing  in the shadow of a great oak,
watching the crispness of a  sun in morning rise.

I am beating within your pulsing chest, as blood
mightily courses your every vein.

Lost in temperate moments, in unrest...of
daily struggles which I must restrain.

I am within your feathered pen as ink flows dark upon
a fresh clean page. Waiting to speak,
to take a snow drift walk...to have a moment's engage.

I am where the budding flowers bloom, where daisies
and daffodils play. The unseen flowing breeze that touches
your room,  the shadow lingering, wanting simply to
just stay.

I am ... yes... I am..

Hi Barry!

I'm so glad to see you!

"I am where the budding flowers bloom, where daisies
and daffodils play. The unseen flowing breeze that touches
your room,  the shadow lingering, wanting simply to
just stay.

I am ... yes... I am.."

A very touching poem, my friend.  I hope you are well and that you have a wonderful holiday time with your family.

I like this very much, my friend... I kept trying to choose my favorite part... and though there are some lines I identify with more than others... the whole is beautiful! *S*

Love every part of this one, Barry, but these lines are my favorite:

I am within your feathered pen as ink flows dark upon
a fresh clean page. Waiting to speak,
to take a snow drift walk...to have a moment's engage.

Whether on the shoal or on the shore,
I'll seek the lighthouse evermore.

I know I read this when it was posted,
but thanks to Dixie, I can now fix
my faux pas and answer accordingly!

Happy New Year, Barry!
