What is wrought this wearied and worn hand
from darkness yon the breech?  A place born
of a plan, to thee it must beseech.

A gift perhaps of welling tides, of foam afore
the seas, of places where our fear resides...
In wait of what we see.

A moment of welling truth, of telling words that
fall on tenderness...a whispered thought
to quell and sooth, to love and we to bless.

A page upon a sandy shore, where vaunted wisdom
lies in wait....In search of thoughts we
must explore, to see and then relate.

For from the sun of shimmer cast comes a
warmth to bask and feel, unfurled upon
a glimmer seen....and to one’s heart
is sealed.

ahh Barry, Barry...this is lovely....
what a pleasure this was to read aloud...
loved the imagery and theme...
clever form and presentation too..
ya know the moth loves ellips.
very very well done poet sir.

Ink runs from the corners of my mouth.
There is no happiness like mine ...
I've been eating poetry.

Yes Sy, our moth is quite a lady...when she
speaks...we all listen, don't we?

Thank you JM for your wonderful thoughts, do
so gladly receive them.
