looking at cars in a deck of cards
parking lot with 52 or 3
test drive live jive
from some new shoes
with change in his pockets

interrupting me
when it was another asset
on my mind, that
made the ice cream melt
over my fingers

you just laughed
as asked if you should lick it
or let it drizzle like saliva
onto the new upholstery
I didn't answer out loud

just the sign language
you grinned at my hand
holding the jack of clubs
said you wished you had it
to go with your heart

I love you without sleeves

Grin - enjoyed this D- and the images it brought to my mind - please tell me the car was a jag?  Ice cream in a jag - yes siree - yummie-

Happiness isn't something that happens to you, it's created from within you.  Joy is a state of mind.
