hearken all!
and hearken none.
hail ye many!
and hail ye few.

tomorrow's sorrows
today may borrow,

but tonight is interest due...

so come all rich,
and come too, poor,
those healthy, or sick,
or at deaths door.

though the day may break
if the payments late ,

make it a penalty too...

both thin and fat
cost coat and hat,
plus shoes and shirt,
for white or black

well the rates are flat
with an added tax.

of only a nickel or two...

Yeppers - taxation - leaves me feeling flat - and then some (grin)

Happiness isn't something that happens to you, it's created from within you.  Joy is a state of mind.
