Listening to every heart

Yes, the Poet Knows

In a heartbeat of sharing, the poet felt…
And talked, to share, compassion

Like fireworks, the poet’s words did melt
And forever I will remain, impassioned.

~*~

I thank the poet who entered from time
To share a word, to spark remind
That me and mine were not forgotten, no,
It’s just that I’ve carried on, just so…

This Poet learned the truth, then said, with plea
“Let me give my prayers to you and thee…”
So let me thank you, my Poet, dear…
That you have heard me, and made it clear…

No matter what we seek to hide?
Poets know, from deep inside.
For no matter what we think of prayer,
God’s seeds will always carry us there.

Yes, thank you, Magnus.  We don't always share what is on our mind, or in our hearts...and yet?  After five plus years, some know, better than others.  And for that?  I thank those who listen.

Karilea...sweet sis

This is so lovely, as is the poet who wrote it!

I'm reposting a poem for you about this same little flying wonder.  Look for it.

Beautiful.  And from those seeds, what a lovely garden grows.

What grows from those seeds .... Monarch butterflies lay their eggs only there. Each has a legacy, and a role in the web of things.

You've sent up a few butterflies already, and yet you're still a seed.

Good morning, I did so enjoy reading the poetic seeds that you just planted in the garden of my mind! God's Poet Self must most assuredly be pleased that you, as one of His divine poetic treasures, has gone out and multiplied and spread His seeds ~ and nourished them with your rays of Light, Dear Sun!

I'm smiling at you!

Love, Light, & Poetry Divine,

Now I know it for sure -- we really are sisters (not just SILs)......I had thought of the cover of my first collection (if I ever do it) as being the bulb of a dandelion (you know the circular kind; kind of like an orb....not sure it is a dandelion, but I think it is).  Milkweeds.....perfect!  The poem, even more so!  Loved it, my Shining friend!   .....jo

Yea, that's like my "poet seeds"...I reap what I sow....I spread a whole lotta fertilizer around it....and the poem dies but the "BS" hangs around forever....

No matter what we seek to hide?
Poets know, from deep inside.
For no matter what we think of prayer,
God’s seeds will always carry us there.

working in the fields of dirt and mud
we inscibe ourselves
in humbleness and great faith
to God's own natural way

This was one of my favorites, along with the picture.
thank you
