LOL, reminded me of when I was small, running around in a hide-seek game on a warm summer night.

Light, whimsical, and a perfect read to go with my first cup of coffee this morning! Brings out the 'kid' in my soul, and much enjoyed! ~S~Music washes away from the soul the dust of everyday life

Corinne~ You took me back to the spreading branches of my Aunt's mulberry tree~
I 'thought' I was hidden in my eating pursuit ... Aunt Lois just ALWAYS knew where I'd been~ Dead giveaway ... the dreaded mulberry-purple tongue !!!

Oh my. Thank you all for such kind responses! I was seriously blocked, so much so that I decided to write something extremely silly to see if that would help.
I really think this is a stoooopid little ditty, but it did fit my mood of frustration!
Thanks again!

I think you've found the secret of what made Dr Seuss's books so popular. You've a serious thought expressed in a "silly" repetition. Very clever and well done! KJThrough rubble and trouble and dark of night The yawn of a dawn will hasten the light
