take at least one short poem a day a glass of milk to wash it down write what comes to your head aware of sensitive ears around write on topics from life to death give them scope, give them breadth with one in the morning, one miday drowned in home brew, see walls give way... ask for poem in pill form or liquid a choice of a spill of words or an encapsulated message stuffed in tincture bottles the iron glass washed ashore followed up as doctor recommends refills respects poetical trends renewed perscription once then twice back to the pharmacy for better advice..
