I often think on thoughts of end To then go on with minds pretend For really I will never know Until the coming time I go I’d love to think that there is more Than what I leave from time before In ones pretend the wrongs all mend Each day brings less or more I wonder of the friends that passed Just why their lives went by so fast And get stuck in the thought of why We’re brought here just to live and die There must be so much more unsaid Some secrets that I’ve never read There must be more than lifetime years There must be peace to quell the fears I wonder why we can’t all love And know that there is God above I don’t see why hope makes us pray For it is fate that comes our way I’d love to see a miracle Be touched so I could say Come join me in this lifetime friends Then with me fly away |

Ah now Rick...so melancholy... sometimes, miracles are in the interpretation of how you would see them... Take nothing for granted. Each new dawn is a miracle in itself... and one never knows what the day will bring. Cliches? Sure... But they work, don't they?  Good morning, Sir! |

Dear Sunshine, thanks for the reply my friend, always I am thinking ramdom ponderings and write them down, believing many others must think the same, I live much on hope and there after, but how many of us are sure?, the truth lies within the mind somewhere, belief is ones own. I do believe miracles happen every day, but each that we see, we are ment to. Have a wonderful day Sunshine, nice having this chat. I liked this, brings lots of thoughts, more than a few memories in you well wrote poem. "I wonder of the friends that passed Just why their lives went by so fast" This is always on my mind, too quickly gone. Thanks for writing this. |

MyHeartofShadows, I think of it often myself, not all the time, but when you hear of someone passing away then thoughts come back. None have ever come back to tell me all is great and as we get older we wonder more. Thank you so much for your reply here my friend, very much appreciated. Sincerely Rick |
