Lost seasons,
              {utterances of yesterday}
whisper to me
in soft recollection..

Rivers wind through time
memories float
in perpetual motion

                    {ripples growing}

Skies of blue
and trees of green
joining voices

singing a song

perhaps... unknown to others
like a hidden treasure
that only I can find;

an unpolished gem
buried under waters
        steady flow
gently sifting,
          {shifting sands}
until the smooth
shines through.

Is it merely a voice
from no where,
or is it
myself that I hear
quietly speaking
to the spirit of inner?

Calling to me
          *a heart drawn by melodies*

internally heard
is a song...

of life.

*with special thanks to Cpat for this inspire*

It's better than I could have planned..
it's made me who I am...

nicely written ma'am.. nice indeed..

you do not need to thank me for anything though.. what you might have read or taken from what I wrote is yours ma'am... just like the images you take from a sunset or from sunrise are yours to write about and expand upon...

I'm flattered.. that something I might have written inspired... but this piece stands on its own...and owes nothing to me or my words..it comes from you.. and you deserve the bows for what you have done here..
