so sorry
  I didn't mean to...

your words imbed
  prick my heart

I care

I didn't mean
  to do anything
except offer my friendship

still, I wonder
am I friend

  or enemy?

whether a friend or an enemy?  I think a friend.
At many times in my life, I've wondered the same thing.  Could relate to this well.
Enjoyed.

"your words imbed
  prick my heart

I care"

The pause before "I care" says alot, it makes the two little words so much stronger.
