We drank from the cup of life,
All the glory we did share,
Before, since or after,
Has anyone even compared?

Do you curse those decisions,
That changed both our lives,
Knowing you'll never feel that way again,
No even if you try five wives.

Assessing the soul and all it's connections,
Sharing dreams, hopes and fears,
Such passion, unbridled, we rejoiced,
Even shared some tears.

So much shared, nothing can compare,
Simple things such a treasure,
Respect and interest too,
It always bought such pleasure.

Loss we then lived,
Pain and disbelief,
Enclosed in faked identities,
We'll never again know such relief.

So many times I've searched for things I thought were lost. Finally realizing I just didn't see.

Been there. Sometimes I still forget my glasses, it's only human nature.

Human nature cannot be more throughly defined. We always seard just behind where we are, for something that cannot possible be better,,
