Shredded Pain embedded Used my heart like a toy I feel sick, used, void Hurts to breathe, lungs seared Can't get my eyes cleared Shock hit me upside the head You left me cold in your bed Trying now to see or feel This can't be real?? ~Ouch,...this poem has *punch*. It's short and solid.....great conveyance of emotions. I felt it....I've felt like this...I still feel like this at times. *Hang in there. |
