Long lonely highway, Stretching into the unknown, With only the full moon for company, Again I find myself alone. Drive on through the night, Drive on... Drive on....... Sister moon she calls to me, With promises of new beginnings, Promises that I am free, A land where happiness is never ending. Drive on through the night, Drive on ..... Drive on..... I glance in the back seat, There lies my sleeping son, He too needs a new life, A new beginning, a new song. Drive on through the night, Drive on....Drive on..... I turn on the radio for company, I sing as the miles roll by, Erasing all those memories, The ones that made us cry. Drive on through the night, Drive on.....Drive on....... Sunrise envitably comes as it must, A new day, a new dawning just for us, A new world and life awaits us, Ashes to ashes, dust to dust. Drive on through the night, Drive on....Drive on....... May the world hug you today, With it's warmth and love. I pray it whispers a joyful tune in your heart, That tell you there is a friend sitting in another corner of the world, Wishing you well and wishing you love...... ~Isis~ (Goddess - Sovereign of the Spirit) |

keep moving on until you find a home, right? it's hard to do sometimes but sometimes it's for the best. i kinda felt like i was in the car too....i think the reptition makes it feel like i'm in a moving vehicle...i like this piece. remainds me of a song by Savage Garden ~Two Beds and a Coffee Machine~ Another ditch in the road You keep moving Another stop sign You keep moving on And the years go by so fast Wonder how I ever made it through |
