MISTRESS OF THE DARK The Mistress of the Dark I know, A tangible presence next to me. Immasked in lingering shadow, She is the eyes with which I see. A tangible presence next to me. Her will, a whisper in my ear. She is the eyes with which I see, I'm on the prowl again, I fear. Her will, a whisper in my ear, The inbred desire whets my sense. I'm on the prowl again, I fear, I am Darkness forever hence. The inbred desire whets my sense, For taste of blood, for love of lust. I am Darkness forever hence, This night, she lay me to her trust. For taste of blood, for love of lust, Echoes will cry throughout the night. This night, she lay me to her trust, Wrapped within her arms so tight. Echoes will cry throughout the night, Immasked in lingering shadow.
