Love is nothing Love is lost Love's what one pays for at too high a cost Love is so plastic Love is so vague Live is a sickness that spreads like the plague Love has no meaning Love is for naught Love is just that which can only be bought Love is a farce Love is a fake Love is as cheep as a wedding cake Love is a gamble Love is a strain Love is a feeling that brings only pain Love is a scam Love is a waste Love is a flavor that I'll never taste Love is a slut Love is a whore Love is an aspect of life to ignore Love is just anger Love is just madness Love is just something that fills you with sadness Love is pure darkness Love has no light Love is an emotion I cast from my sight G. Love has so many meanings. Thank you for having the insight to come up with all of the non-cliche definitions. I liked this poem a lot, G.A. Webb. It is so honest, it hurts. |

Love- it never lives up, does it? I really liked the use of the word "silkness" I hope that's not a typo, and if it is, can you leace it like it is? Great showing of passionate feelings.Jannel |

Janet Marie - Thank you, I'm glad you liked it. I haven't posted in a while because nothing had come to mind as of late until this popped up. Thanks again. Isis - I'm sorry I haven't had a chance to do more than forward e-mails to you, but such is the life of Mr. Mom. I haven't forgotten about you, just haven't had much time.
