Death on TV

My friends and I watched death on TV
And after one friend said it was necessary that we see it
I didn’t know what to think

Was it necessary to see things that belonged inside our bodies
Outside our bodies
Did that make us more aware of ourselves as human beings
I didn’t know

The only thing I knew
Was that it was necessary
To pop in the other movie

I think seeing death and talking about is a great thing.  I'm not saying I enjoy it anyway but talking about it will help with life!  But putting in the other movie was a good idea.....

Firstly PP sorry about the gender thing.  I had no idea, and just took a guess and guess what? I was wrong!! Of fiddlydee, I know now anyways.
I like violent videos end of the world type thing, Terminator, Arnie movies, Sly movies etc.  Broad tastes actually.
But in front of impressionable eyes a no no.
I remember being 10 and seeing baby seals being clubbed to death and I screamed and bawled my head off, that was on the news.
You and Bojopy are right, if we don't like it, change channels, change videos, or turn it off.
It IS important to see these things, but not unless we want to see it and go looking for it ourselves i think.
Anyway good poem

Well, I hope the next movie was a comedy...and not Death II.  Yeah, I often wonder how necessary half the stuff we see on the tube or in movies really is.  Good points.
