 Picture by Josephine Wall * * * Within the garden of my heart Is where our friendship grows And like the finest of all flowers You are as precious as a rose We share our hopes and dreams As we go through life together You are always there for me Through good times and stormy weather I never take my friend for granted Of her love, I'll not lose sight She'll always be my best supporter She is the left hand to my right Through our trials and tribulations One thing is constant every year Our friendship ties grow stronger To me, my friend is very dear And like my treasured memories Of which you are a part You will always have a place Right here within my heart * * * "Friendship is the finest rose in the garden of life" I am in motion |

Sue, Life without friends. Don't they call that hell? Very well written, as always. Peace.  If tears could build a stairway and memories a lane, I'd walk right up to heaven and bring you home again. |
