If my love you had, would I become boring? ater times passes, would your heart fall asleep, begin snoring? Would passion run cold?, our love be put on hold? no, I promise it won't, this am I told? Promises I value not, lessons I have learned, getting hurt, getting burned, promises break, leaving an unremoveable black spot, Would everything change? would all become empty? without a cure or a remedy? life can always find a way to rearrange, Would love become my enemy? Would love leave? becoming a distant memory? Could you just love me, just as you love me today?, growing stronger, loving more, To never fade away? |
