Of Symbiosis

Symbiosis holds me tight
In the morning glories light
And here I buzz the flowers dune
And spend the whole of afternoon

I draw the nectars through a straw
Till I’m full and can no more
Then I fly my Ivy tower
And save it for my princess dower

Although it smacks of makebelieve
It has no lack of true conceive
I steal it in my thoughts of day
And give it in a secret way

She’ll never know my source of power
I’ll never tell it’s in a flower
I place it in a bowl of love
Resting on a velvet glove

This my friend is symbiosis
Making for parabiosis

Parabiosis, the union of two individuals
