The Floral of the Sea.

Stretching out across the sands of time is the desert’s floor,
incrassating tons of vapor into a bewildering land of amour.
Crystal shimmering brown and tan, a lost and inhuman litany
save the tribe of lore, that cold desert tribe of Lahoul-Spiti.

Ethno botany would enlighten those who would implore that life to know,
save their own, living beneath the depth of the green and blue sea,
beneath and among the sands of the sea, the same sands as the land,
which is that sand of time, elucidated to be one in the same, in hand.

What tribe is fashioned there to befriend the wind and storms of sand?
What treasure has fallen to that depth unaltered, stodgy by the likes of man?
Consumed or planted or cultivated for the farm-to-market plan.
Purchased to generate a soul for man.

Evolution is that plan, mostly unknown, and depicted far from the sands of time.
The sands hidden from most, the simple mind, unstudied, fruitless, and shamed.
They have no god, but the god of sand and time, fashioned for the peasant acclaimed in their own wasted state, useless, but for the land to absorb and create its own, the sands of the desert, and the floral of the sea, that isomer of nothingness and living unknown.

Enhanced by the philosopher’s notes as a mistaken entity fallen apart by time,
divided by the sands and the sea, written of by a poet, who described it in rhyme, while talking to the sky and the clouds passing by, pushing them on to the desert to cry, as the vapor of the sea rides along the wind home, bound to the desert, to its place it does fly.

Crystal shimmering brown and tan is the desert’s floor, rising up to be, the floral of the sea.  Unknown by you and me, unfelt most assuredly, living in the depth of rhyme, among the sands of time as it passes by, falling through finger tips, as it slips by, that elusive sound, time, nourishing the floral of the sea.

a culture hidden away in Western Tibet?  What you have described here is and hopefully will be left untouched to modern man...seems whenever a civilization that "we" deem uncivilized...we go in and ruin something that was working for them for thousands of years.  Its the old statement in effect...just because we think one way and they think another, doesn't make us right or them wrong...we should leave it alone...JL, what you have described here is a very sacred song of beauty, mystery and romance...passion for the hidden people that hopefully will survive for years to come.  Bravo...this was extraordinarily beautiful!  Thank you for writing and sharing...hugs Lee J.
