Ascention of stars

tune of the nightingale

the sea will rise;

an opera plays beneath
a canope of ebony skies

we are just drifters
you and i,

tears of joy
tears of sorrow

all dilute within the streams of heart

the heavens will refurbish
on the faith of angels

its all dissolves and reemerges

how else
could we have reclaimed
this once lost connection?

Inky
This certainly reflects the word "Zen" in the title.
There is no other way to reclaim the connection, although the connection is never really lost if Zen teachings are correct....We (all) have been everywhere, yet no where at all...If all are in reality, one...

In this moment,
the sun shines through the window;
blossoms float aimlessly
in the late afternoon breeze
walking slowly arm-in-arm.

feeling groovy
walking arm and arm
can we stop time
long enough to watch
the blossoms float
