In midnight's breath come to me and bring,
your throbbing heart of gold,
throbbing like the throats of nightingales singing.
Come into my arm, onto me always hold.

My heart nothing can subdue,
a torch, a light of love you shine.
My heart of love is only for you,
your heart is mine and mine is thine.

Majestic skies shimmering in  evenings light,
your beauty catches my breath,
together our love will ever shine bright,
nothing will part us, nothing but death.

Your love has wings, I think!  Lovely thoughts expressed.  I'm going to have to do research before I write a tribute to our allied forces -- my father and mother both worked for the airplane industry at the time so I didn't ever hear any war stories; only what I've learned in history and watching movies.  Were you in the war?  I have a friend who's father was there on D-day; maybe I'll write a poem for him if I can get my research done.  Thanks for the suggestion.

In midnights breath I come to you,
riding upon the fluffy clouds,
singing, I sing my song of love for you,
nothing can stop us now....

Broken winged,
you tenderly rescued this little dove,
healing my wings with your relentless love,

Now you are my wind,
you give me strength to soar,
you are my love, my best friend,
I couldn't ask for more...

Even in death,
will our love live,
it will be free...

On and on...timeless..ageless..infinity!
