In Your Poetic Mind

{That his words
have stirred this heart}

This, his last picture --
taken while rain falls
puddles gathering quietly
winds settle   into silence
black stretches horizons

breathing in

He there too--the ache of hand and stone
shadows that never last -- placing you there --
beauty filling eyes     naked – open
&Venus is weeping for
the taste of salt upon your tongue

Under palms of quieter times
you have felt the wind
submerged in the waters
these the same  around my soul

If you sleep
seep the ashes of warmth
as if, you were never alone
while the sky stirs the hue

dream

This is what I want you to see
faces in the unseen corner
blue & green tears
the way oceans breathe sand
passing shades of softer palettes

Soon the moon will rise
& remind me
between crimson & amber stages

How
remains the dust of

breath on stone

High inspire...yessssssss indeed....

beautiful, exquisite, ethereal, haunting,
I need to find new words to do your writing justice as it does my spirit.

I love you more the further I go ...
before this existence ... you were always here inside of me.

I read this the other day... I read it a few times... and it gets better with each read, especially since I do believe where the thoughts behind the words are coming from. Enjoyed!

This made me breathless...the way that something incredibly gorgeous does.  I absolutely love it.
