The Poets Pen

Words, like a stream cascading down a hillside,
flow down a page, cleansing,
soothingly washing ones soul,
deeply touching the heart,
whispering...there's so much more to be told.

Words, like the fiercest wind,
strip the façade away
exposing flesh that’s yet to see sun,
giving birth to the beauty long hidden away.

Words, from the pen of the poet,
birthed on angels wings,
spewed forth from the fires of hell,
given life by all in-between…

Words, from the poets pen,
flow down the page,
cleansing,
soothingly washing ones soul,
giving life to the secrets
hidden within.

Words.

From me to you,
my friends,

Words,
from the poets pen.
