Cough or not to Cough

I coughed a vision on an ear
Nothing much and not severe
But low the sound did ring a bell
And the odor of a smell

Perhaps it was naïve of me
To cough a mist upon your sea
But I did not dispense a storm
Only what I thought was norm

If some symbol flew the cage
And brought about this storm of rage
Forgive me friend I did not think
To me it was a simple wink.

Lets let the bubble blow its cast
I’m sure this cough won’t be the last
We all have phantoms on the range
Forgive me friend I’m just as strange.

So let us toil a new begin
And salve the boil erupts the skin.
