We walk along the shore
Just as the sun begins to set
Since I fell in love with you
I don't need a safety net

We stand facing one another
As our fingers interlace
I look deep into your eyes
As I trace around your face

You are my object of affection
You help bring out my very best
You give my life direction
You are my north, south, east and west

The seabirds fly above us
As you kiss me tenderly
I see love in all its glory
As you move closer to me

While I have your love beside me
It's all I need to survive
My life now has more meaning
With your love, I come alive
