Dirt And Dust

Vacuuming the evidence
the bag is soon full--
it bursts.

Motionless and unappealing
like a grub lurking in dank soil
the corpse will soon be dust.

Grover

This was interesting...so much turns to dust...perhaps we take it too lightly.  I enjoy your poetry!

Grover,
Honest to goodness, I was desperate for a topic to write about yesterday and I thought about my vaccuum cleaner, but decided I couldn't figure a way to use it (physically) or in poetry!   You did a fine job here!  It flows beautifully and you've given the reader much to think about!   Great job!

I enjoyed reading this, Grover.
It makes the reader think lots
of different thoughts.

Cute write.

I'd prefer ashes ...but non of these processes is appealing!!! We shall be away on butterfly wings though ...
