Windows Today you were mad at me and it made my world stand still There was nothing there to see from a one-sided window sill I couldn't see my reflection Even that found a way to escape Lored into the wrong direction With my thoughts left to be raped Everyone finds a way into our window To watch us like a motion picture Closing shades only makes curiousity grow Where love potion becomes poisoned elixir Can we, will we, every have privacy? Gossip is an addictive drug And my window is the pharmacy This is the dilema of being in love The windows are always open.... Now I understand how love is in the air |
