A Little Kitty Kat

I found a little kitty kat.
At first I thought it was a rat.
But it went "meow",
and rats don't do that.
What should I do.
I really don't want
a kitten, do you?
Is the kitten a he or a she?
Aha, he sure looks hungry.
Hey, there's scratching at my door,
and now there's meowing going back and forth.
Why it's the mama cat, come to collect her kitten.
Thank God for that because I'm all out
of milk and cookies in my kitchen.
Here you go mama cat,
take your little kitty kat away.
Now I can relax and read my paper.
Hey, that kitten peed
on my sports page.
