In the wonderment of forevermore Brings the thoughts of a swinging door One side of the past, or say the when Back in those days of ever begin The other side opens to a far-reaching lane Wandering out to an unknown plane Mingled together with the when and the then To carry once more to another begin Did we pay enough this time To further our karma in our climb Only the future will tell the tale In our walk through distant vale But regardless of the then or when Or of the future that will begin The thoughts of you will carry on As ever they did in love’s sweet song |
