I’m

The leaves that dance the wind in sprawl
The waters of the waterfall
The brew that steeps this tease of tea
The phantom and the fantasy

The drop that makes the circles wrings
The flavor of the touch of things
The splinter of this center page
The winter of this day of age

The hand that waves to you goodbye
The breath that heaves a sorry sigh
The wink that winks this stories tale
The foam that disappears the ale

I’m all these things and many more
The entrance to the misty door
The essence of the tints of life
The pied piper and the fife

I thank you for your patience friend
This tongue in cheek this silly wend.

Not so silly,
Rather beautifully stated
Splendid is your mind and your poetry

You know Sy ... whenever I want to smile, all I know that I need to do is read your beautiful morning offerings, and my day is off to a wonderful start.

This was absolutely lovely in form and flow. I'd copy my favorite lines, but that would be the whole thing.

Morning to you sweet Sy!

Best wishes and hugs,
/Kit

Wonderful rhyme and flow from you this frosty morn Sy.
When are you going to tell me how you do this every day?

Hey Seymour...are you sure you are not describing me? LOL! Love it my friend. Great piece you have here. Seems we were both trying to describe ourselves this morning. You'll have to check out my piece Flaming Candles and Ink Stained Spills for my description of me. You made my morning my friend. Talk to you later.

Remember, if you're not part of the future, you're history!

Dearest Sy...

I rarely quote lines because I like seeing the whole poem as an entirity...but, this morning you've "forced" me to see one particular line:

"The flavor of the touch of things"

Oh, my...yes!  I absolutely love "thinking/seeing/feeling/assigning" unique aspects to things other than what is normal. This is exquisite...as is the whole verse. You are a wonder!  Thank you!

Love and Light...jc

about them.

(big angel hugs) Yay! Oh Seymour, you are all that and so much more to us through our own interpretations, to me you are a butterfly whose wings, no matter what flower they touch, brings a smile contagiously, God Bless You, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Seymour, thank you for sharing!

May love and light always shine upon you!
