Morning Sun

The morning sun in frills and rills
Ran the valley and climbed the hills
As birds began to dot the sky
And dew began to leave and dry

The wind that journeyed through the night
Turned to soft and fragrant light
And flowers opened up to sigh
And say good morning to the eye

The world had turned once more to new
With clouds that sweep the sky of blue
With air that carries fragrance fair
To fill your heart with grace and care

There’s nothing like a stretch and yawn
To wake the senses to the morn
See the glory of the day
Place a step upon your way

It is a thing beyond my ken
Perhaps a few would call it Zen.

Just how early would one have to awake in order to write these?

In any case, I'll just wake up early enough to read them...

Nice, Sy

Wonderful! Yes, I could call this ZEN!

And flowers opened up to sigh
And say good morning to the eye

Your spirits are high this morning, dear Seymour. And that's great too!

Even though it's thirty-two
the air is clear, sky is blue
winter winds make one more sweep
and snow is expected, but will not keep...

Now, my Sy, did you write this one for me?

I dont think much gets by you my wisepoet prophet

Love the imagery and message of this one Sybabes.

hows Randy and Isabel today?

I am sure of my reasons, embracing the seasons,
and the sacred simplicity of you at my side.

JM,
Isabel is pesky, randy is frisky and sy is in the whisky. I think that about covers it.
