My lips still sizzle from your kiss As you’re walking away Treasured are moments such as this Though I wish you could stay Sweet glimpses sear upon my soul And breeze becomes your touch Your love creates me, makes me whole I do need you so much. But do those things you have to do You leave my heart with smile I’ll be right here waiting for you You make breathing worthwhile. |

Love it...what a positive piece. Great work suthern. I don't know about making anyones lips sizzle...but a 2004 Harley Davidson sure could get my blood a pumping. (Wink!) Great poem. Remember, if you're not part of the future, you're history! |

Suthern beloved one, I told you I’d get here, I did, eventually, besides this could do with a bump  now what was I going to say about this, (Mushy attempts to think, and then the light goes on, bing!) got it………. Your writing is unsurpassed in its complexity yet simple construction only YOU can combine the dichotomy of that, others may try but they do not succeed. And yes I know you know exactly what I mean, you trace the elements of reality and place them beautifully in the framework of your writing and that is why your writing shines darling one and will continue to do so. Yes beloved I’m so lazy that is a direct quote. You don’t expect me to say something else original and descriptive did you? Good grief, I know you’re worth it but I can’t go thinking on two days running that would never do. (People would imagine I was capable of doing it often and would expect me to be bright and witty!) Okay I'm off to the corner right this minute, and I'm taking a chair. *S as always Mushy   Tomorrow is another day I don't know what it holds |
