I'm taking a path,
rigid and painful.
The long way home.
Through bloody perils,
and emotional battles.

Somehow I get locked in chains of pain.
It's been a fun while.
The long path I take.
I'm going home,
in a moment or awhile.

The long way home,
to all avail.
The wonderous moments that await.

Dear Kellie, this is very touching ..... as is your piece about mother and son which I read in Reflections, that one is incredibly well constructed and left me in tears of extreme melancholy.

Love and my compliments. Margherita

Well said, Kellie! A simple map dotted with complex emotions. Keep up the excellent efforts! Grover.
