Freezing cold winter of frost and snow covers the ground. Above, the sky of purest blue, lit and illuminated by a crisp and crystal sun. Chill wind blows on my face, while above my head a nosiy skein of geese fly in a ragged V. With each new day life changes. My heart yearns but does not want or seek to change my circumstances. The approach i want to come from some unexpected quarter. My mind has changed and hardened, but my heart is still warm and i keep it that way, like a badger in a set. One day it will be roused from it's sleep and once more sing summers sweet song. Until then i will busy myself, with books and the world. Truest acts of kindness do i now want to bring. Friendship, happiness and understanding will be my watch words. This life is too vital and to short for me to entertain thoughts of negativity, so the world is now my truest friend. |

One day it will be roused from it's sleep and once more sing summers sweet song. I think we have all waited for the summer to arrive at one point and time in life. Heres to wishing that everyone's summer comes soon! |
