A self-proclaimed shadow
Seems to be mistaken.
For she is not a colorless silhouette,
And she doesn’t fade or pass away…

She is more then just words or grief,
More then longing for relief…
And she’s more then just
The voice that’s always here.
She’s a comfort and a friend,
A solid soul, with spoken
Love she offers everyone.

Even when her heart breaks,
When her mind aches,
She’s been here,
Vibrant with color,
Hugs, and tears…

And when she sees
Your heartstring tugged
She always offers out a hug…
She’s one I call a friend.

'cause its true.

He was a man of sorrows
...I am a girl of tears.

you are such a beautiful light Alyssa, you have brought tears of happiness and love to my eyes

and right now, while listening to some sad acoustic guitar music, I'm so emotional, and overwhelmed by your friendship...warm and wonderful.

Thank you, thank you sweetheart...still, those words could never be enough to describe this feeling I have

Bless you GG, what a kindhearted soul you are!

And you’re absolutely right. Our Dixie is
one in a billion... ahh heck with that,
she’s one a trillion!

She’s not only always there, reading
about every post, that I can see, and
always leaving some kind words
of encouragement for everybody.
But she is so much more then that. She’s
just the most warm hearted and down
to earth gal you could ever want to know...

And well... we just love her to pieces!

And we’re all lucky, to have her in our lives!

Bless you Dixie! I hope we’re still here
late at night, writing poetry when we’re
in our 90’s... lol

Of course, I’d have to take a long
nap during the day, and chug a bottle
of Geritol... but dang it if we’re not
gonna try, right?

Dixie, What Can I Say, Your The Best!

Your Friend,
Richy

Alyssa, this is such sweet of you to do.
Yes, Dixie is so full of compassion. No
matter how she feels, she always has a word of encouragement for others.....just like you do.
I hope you're feeling better, my friend.
hugs to you both,
Ethel

all of you are such incredible people...

I'm lucky to know each of you, to be in your lives here, and to have you in my life.

Alyssa, I just don't know how to express myself. You have touched me more deeply than you know.

I will cherish this forever.

Dix,
as mine could never describe what I feel. I'm glad I've given you something to cherish, but more honored to just know you, and cherish you...

Lovely tribute to Dixie!

Dear Dixie shines on these pages of blue
with her own wise and magical creations,
with loving comments for me and for you,
she is a cherished treasure of “Passions”.

Love and hugs. Margherita
