It seems as if It's only you and me And somehow you've made my life Better than a fantasy It's like there's nothing at all Nothing but you only From day to night, dark to light I wonder if it's destiny What's wrong and right, black and white As long as you're by my side? It's all the same 'cause you still have My heart bursting in flames And it's still you on my mind As minutes turn into hours... It's just another One of your superpowers. |

Hey xox.ice.cream.lover.xox, Such a cute poem! Okay, well, maybe you don’t want me to call it cute, but I enjoyed it. Although, you lost me on a couple of the stanzas, or I’m not reading this right, but on the one where you say “it’s like there’s nothing at all, nothing but only you”, for me that doesn’t make much sense, because it sounds like, at least to myself, that you are calling him nothing?!?! Aaaaaaahhhh! I must be tired… but I don’t know, maybe you could explain those lines to me? I love the last stanza though! It’s very cute, see, I said it again… I mean, I feel like it’s cute, but not gushy cute, but just cute? Lol… in other words I liked it, it was something that made me smile… Great job on this poem, I really enjoyed it, if you couldn’t tell. I hope to see more poems from you soon  @-->--- |
