Tears in my eyes flow down my cheek, As memories pass me by. Is that really all I have to hold onto? The memories of how it used to be… I want these changes that occurred to undo. I pretend that everything’s fine, And that Im not crying inside, nor screaming for it to go away. All I do is make people miserable, Could that be why she chose to leave…? Or is it the people who claim to know us so very well? Its undeniable; the way we seem to be similar to each other. Im confused, about why I cant accept this… The ones who are supposed to love and respect us the most, Put their love towards you; the favored one…. Still….I miss you so much. Nothings quite the same here without you, During this time when I’d need you the most…. You always were the only one who had faith in me, Who looked at me, and gave me a hug when I was holding my tears back. I cant let go of you though, even when your not coming back; not for a while atleast. In my dreams, I hold thoughts and our memories. How our family was when we were kids, Look how far we drifted from then, how we changed into the people we are now. Your goals are still yours, but Im confused why they couldn’t be fulfilled here. The time your gone feels like centuries past, Yet its only been three months. Every time you come home and visit, Watching you leave hurts me even more then knowing im a failure. aw.... that's so sad, i'm kinda guessing she went off to college or something. regardless it's still touching, i'm sure your sister loves you and thinks of you everyday, maybe let her read that so she can know how you feel.......... real good write though, keep it up..... |
