All the months of silence,
As to avoid any spark,
But when the time felt right,
Your eyes met my stare,

No sooner that you were mine,
Carpet of love in it you strolled,
Seized it close to my heart our love,
As if I discovered precious gold,

Each morning, my face would glow,
Saying good morning, my heart would float,
Placed a smile on your lips,
And gave you a cell phone kiss,

All that turned sour,
In few months of time,
Love that once blinded you,
Now became your death chime,

You decided to cry,
And at nights you lay awake,
Not knowing if I will be there,
To call you the next day,

Love that was once unchallenged,
Now was a constant hurdle in life,
The smile that brought kisses,
Now made me feel unsure,

Many dreams that I had,
Became apparently dead,
The life of a perfect couple,
Was shook up by religious wrath,

Searching in darkness for answers,
I went on a mission to conquer my love,
But you left just in the nick of time,
Tried for months to make you mine,

Fought myself inside and out,
Broke our bond quite a few times,
In the end I decided to fight,
But my timing was just not right…

You sit there and tell me this tale,
I had my chance,
And I totally failed,
My dear, you are but quite wrong,

I gave my heart, and all my soul,
Decided to risk it all in the name of love,
You question me now,
When we are thousands of miles apart,

What fool you take me to be?
Telling me you found a new me,
Wish you the best with your potential mate,
Abandoning love was your biggest mistake.

I speak insanity. I write fantasy. I sleep reality.
