Here There and Places Between

0 posted 2003-10-29 10:40 AM

For this moment my world is in a trance,
the still point of this minute is longed by years.

At this area of my world time has no affect,
the rapid decay of wasted seconds doesn't exist.

In these ever few spirals of silence I am free,
free to wallow in the riches of my life.

For all of this though, the minute will pass,
as so will my time with you.

there are many poems that i have read on this subject
but this one leaves it underlying until the last seconed, good work and keep writing

when you live you begin to die
when you die memories of you life lives in others
when memories of you begin to fade
you truly begin to die

Very good poem, I really loved it.
Especially the last stanza, thanks for sharing.

We were meant to live for so much more have we lost ourselves?
Maybe redemption has stories to tell maybe forgiveness is right where you fell.
