Home is a place I’ve yet to find.
They say in whispered voices that I’ve fallen to disgrace,
Little do they know, I’ve eaten the falling tendrils of grace and become a little lighter.
Life feels a lot cheaper when your just hanging out, and you don’t have to work so hard, were just throwing pennies to the ground.

The days when I used to pretend,
I was on the outskirts of beauty, acceptable and even pretty.
So much for simple-mindedness,
I’ve held to many hours at arms length, attempting to detach myself from time, and reach a new level.
I’ve had too much of the quiet queerness.

Come and go, don’t ever think to break the cycle.
Come around the bend each time wearing a new skin.
Nice to meet you, this is the new and improved product of me.
We should sit and talk about nothing imparticular, no plan or agenda, and become reaquanted.
Don’t count on any consistancy, or monotony.
I should leave before anything grows too familiar, so it won’t ache when its changed.

I walk around with the screws to my skull jingling a silly tune inside my head.
I’m all loosened up, and ready to run.
