I don’t want to share, Take you back from crowds of anticipated faces, Selfish I am but I want you to be, Here. And I mentioned your mind, How do the cogs work? What makes you tick, how come? Jealousy and honesty, Merge to one, inside the head, I can’t escape from, The mind you’ll never read, I want your thoughts to think away all the rainy days, And times I never knew had passed. I know I’m sad, pathetic even, bitter yes, So stay away, stay away from me, I wish I could do the same, Just stay away, stay away from me, Fight me off with sharpened talons, Please stay away, stay away from me, Before I disease you too, I’m afraid you might become the pill, I get addicted to, Your happiness like a leech I suck in, I need you.
