In my mind memories lurk like tigers trapped in cages pacing, pacing, back and forth waiting for the perfect time that unguarded and unprepared moment when they can burst free and become the uncensored creatures they were meant to be. |

There are many that carry these dark thoughts and secrets, and when they are released they are indeed very similar to tigers having been caged. Nice first post.  |

agreed.... kep up with the writing... so much emotion in such a short poem.... nicely done.... i can relate to having houghts caged up like tigers and every now and then a few o mine get out and go on a rampage..... qoute 'i m woman hear me roar'..... i nice lil expression that relates to me in more than one way. keep up the writing Mel this is me.... like it or not.... |
