"mad vision"
it should be noted that this work was done in a "first thought/last thought" mode, it is written via pure instinct and without revision or pause to think it through.
enjoy...

the bursting nebular birth
shatters the even sky ~
the music of the spheres
toning in minor key,
a disarray
of heavenly bodies ~
rogue stars
menacing the dusk.

distant luminaries undulate
like disembodied forms
of a hidden prism ~
transitory images
of stenciled ghost ships
adrift
on the electrum ocean.

the ashen mist
of self-apocalyptic cities
enshroud the decadence ~
where roses burst
in dark spheres
set apart
for the doomsday
machinery
of love.

the muse has fallen!
her diaphanous wings
perforated
by streaming vapours
of meteor contemplation.

the echoing sound
splinters the stars ~
abysmal
in the creativity
of the endless chasm ~
pushing outward perpetually,
spiralling
out of control…

what elegance is there
that permeates
in deaf’ning resound
of heart-ache?

into the abyss ~
the vision
is mere shadow puppetry
on the screen
of neurosis.

so i wore this mask
of death ~
musing haunted
forthcoming silence ~
evasive contemplation,
wandering thoughts of stillness
formulating
mad words
for mad verse.
