A dream within itself
My mother, my father and a boy’s head on a shelf
In the dark, cold room far in the corner I then saw
A big animal, its prey he held down with its claw
Hanging on the wall of this dark cold room
Hung a man made human costume
Different parts from different kind of people
And out the window was the sight of a church’s steeple
And then I hear a noise, the closet begins to slowly open just about a crack
When all of a sudden a butcher has me on my back
He grabs my arm and cuts it off with one hard chop
And I kick and plead for him to stop!
But he raise’s up his knife and with all my might I scream
Waking up realizing it was just a dream
Heart pounding, sweat pouring, tears streaming down my face
I turn on the lights and see I am in the same dark cold place
I now panicked cover my mouth to silently hold my weep
Starring in the direction of the closet when slowly out came that creep
I hysterically and frighten screamed when my mother woke me from my sleep!
